Project architect

01

I.   Minimum Education Requirements: Five-year bachelor's degree major in architecture design in           China or overseas.
II.  Has a wide vision and excellent aesthetic and design ability.
III. Work Experience: More than three years of working experience in professional architect's                     Office. Participated in all stages of large or medium-sized construction projects or high-quality             interior design projects; Has assisted project managers to complete the design tasks and played         an active role in the design development stage; Excellent ability of architectural drawings, project         management, has CA experience.
VI. Proficiency in the following software:

  • AutoCAD or other similar CAD software, BIM modeling skill is recommended;

  • Sketchup or rhino3d, skilled in digital modeling;

  • Adobe design suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator;

  • Microsoft Office or WPS Office suite;

  • Excellent skill of PPT layout.

V.  Strong communication skills, proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.​

VI. Excellent project understanding and learning ability, can integrate into the team quickly; Good             responsibility, excellent team coordination ability.

VII.Priority: Has working experience in large international architectural firms, skilled freehand sketch.

II.  Experience Requirements: No less than 2 years planning experience and skills in urban             planning, urban design, scenic area planning and related projects; Familiar with the                   process of strategic planning, urban planning, landscape planning, and conceptual                     planning.
III. Excellent creative design ability, skilled PPT layout and presentation ability.
IV. Proficiency in the following software:

  • ArcGIS, AutoCAD and other similar professional CAD software;

  • Sketchup, Rhino 3d Modeling Softwares;

  • Adobe design suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator;

I.   Minimum Education Requirements: Five-year bachelor's degree major in Architecture design,               landscape design or spatial design in China or overseas.
II.  Work Experience: More than one-year working experience in professional architect firm, familiar         with design process of each project. Be able to finish SD design drawing, digital models and                 documents independently and efficiently.
III. Proficiency in the following software:

  • AutoCAD or other similar CAD software, BIM modeling skill is recommand; experienced in using BIM and Ecotect.

  • Sketchup or rhino3d, skilled in digital modeling;

  • Adobe design suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator;

  • Microsoft Office or WPS Office suite;

VI. Priority: Strong freehand sketch skills.

Interns

05

I.   Education requirements: undergraduate grade 3 or above, major in architecture, interior design or spatial design. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
II.  Internship period: 3-6 months.
III.  Proficiency in the following software:

  • AutoCAD or other similar CAD software;

  • Sketchup or rhino3d, skilled in digital modeling;

  • Adobe design suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator ;
