第一届泰国建筑金奖于2019年3月5日在曼谷的瑞士酒店举行。
TIANANDANN在泰国普吉岛设计的璞寓被选为泰国建筑金奖2018年度建筑——最具投资潜力奖”获胜者。本奖项和创办此奖项的（TCRESA）泰中房地产销售代表协会都处于成立的第一年，是泰国和中国房地产经纪人和开发商共同努力，在20家相关公司之间建立和保持高标准的服务和合作的一项举措。志同道合的房地产专业人士与中国投资者建立联系，创造机会，并保持位处泰国的中国房地产市场中心。

The first Thailand Golden Architecture Awards were held were held at The Swissotel Le Concorde in Bangkok on 5 March 2019. TITANNANDANN’s design for Pu Condo in Phuket, Thailand, is selected as the winner of the "Award for Best Investment Potential for the Building of the Year 2018". The awards, like their founder (TCRESA) Thai-Chinese Real Estate Sales Representative Association, are in their first year and have came about as an initiative for Thai and Chinese realtors and developers to work together to set and keep high standards of both service and co-operation between the 20 companies involved. Like-minded real estate professionals linking with Chinese investors creating opportunities and staying in the centre of the Chinese real estate market in Thailand.
The original design of Pu Condos was inspired by the local natural environment: seven buildings of varying height and height were part of the mountain, scattered naturally on the ridge and slowly "growing" by the mountains. Each building has different levels of height difference, there is an interesting but harmonious echo. The unique location not only facilitates 15 minutes' walk from Patong Beach to the east and 10 minutes' walk from Kata Beach to the west, but also provides a view of the beach on the ridge.
